The teaching profession remains challenging due to growing demands and the world’s changing needs. However, role of teachers has remained inspiring, requiring more service than employment for sake youth future generations. study aimed assess extent awareness current trends commitment in public school Schools Division Antique, Philippines. researchers employed a descriptive-correlational research design using validated questionnaire data gathering 320 randomly chosen teacher-respondents. Results revealed that most were degree holders only, with less ten years experience, dominated by female teachers.
